Our principle consultants are trained
lead assessors to IRCA standards. To support the Principal
Consultants we also undertake to train our project engineers and
other project specialists to the same international standards.
Ken Grassick and Damilola Olotugon are two of our project
engineering staff who have undergone this training and form part
of our wider project assurance team.

Ken Grassick
Registered Lead Assessor
Ken Grassick is a dedicated and
dependable project quality assurance professional. Since
joining Èpeus in 2006 his role has been to manage and
control all aspects of the company quality involvement
in projects, from assessing project contractors and
suppliers to developing project quality plans and
in-process inspection plans.
He is
integral to the development of
quality risk mitigation and
management plans. Initially from
a quality control background
Ken’s career has grown as he has
become a valuable member of the
Company’s Project Assurance Team
(PAT).

Damilola Olutogun
Registered Lead Assessor
Damilola Olutogun is a degree
qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Masters in Project
Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen,
Scotland. Dami joined Èpeus in 2007 as part of our post
graduate trainee program and has since been involved in
an array of projects across the globe. A dedicated and
professional project engineer Dami works closely with
the company’s core Project Assurance Team of
consultants.
His project area of
specialisation is project performance measurement and
assessment. Dami is a Project Management Institute,
Project Management Practitioner (PMP), a member of the
Association of Project Managers (MAPM), a qualified Lead
Assessor (IRCA), and a member of the Institute of
Mechanical Engineers.
